Produced a multi-brand campaign delivering broadcast and social content across multiple formats, including live-action, studio, and stop-motion. Managed parallel productions and post workflows to deliver all assets on time and under budget.

Led end-to-end production across multiple concurrent shoots and deliverables
Managed a team of Line Producers overseeing individual projects within the campaign
Partnered with Spin Master’s internal agency to translate creative briefs into production-ready storyboards
Oversaw budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation across all productions
Directed in-house post-production workflows including editorial and finishing
